Highstreet is a dynamic real estate development company that is focused primarily on developing and managing quality, new rental apartments in Western Canada. Our goal is to build 500-800 new apartments per year for the indefinite future, resulting in the ownership and operation of a balanced portfolio of apartment buildings in the 7 biggest cities in Western Canada in 10 years. We also will build condos in extreme market situations where the market is not well served with good value ownership opportunities, such as in Yellowknife and Fort McMurray.

Our mission is to redefine rental apartment living by creating visibly unique experiences, one individual, one home, one community at a time.

The owner of Highstreet has been developing multi-family homes since 2005, starting with a successful condo project in Courtenay, BC. We have been fortunate to enjoy success in many different markets in BC, Alberta and the Northwest Territories. We have always worked with the same builder, Traine Construction Ltd. and enjoy a close working relationship with the construction team, led by the owner of Highstreet's brother.
